Beginning Fall 2006:
Leslie Hershberger invited to serve as a personal coach at Kripalu's Institute for Integrated Leadership
This September, internationally renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires in Massachusetts, is beginning a program for young adults. The program's purpose is help young adults:
Clarify their life’s purpose and learn to better live in integrity with your values.
Develop skills to influence change.
Create and sustain a daily practice for healthy living.
Deepen their personal sense of spirituality.
Strengthen communication and relationship skills.
Understand and improve their relationship with money.
Each student will work with a professional coach and Leslie has been chosen to serve as one of Kripalu's coaches. She will be doing phone coaching as they walk through the semester intensive. For more information on this exciting new program go to Kripalu's website.
